I hit cancel and delete in Firefly the moment I realized I had selected the wrong model, but was still charged 400 credits. This is right after buying the extra credits. Can you please refund the 400 credits so I can finish my project? Thank you.

I hit cancel and delete in Firefly the moment I realized I had selected the wrong model, but was still charged 400 credits. This is right after buying the extra credits. Can you please refund the 400 credits so I can finish my project? I feel there should not be a cancel option if that credits are going to be used anyway. I didn’t wait more than 2 seconds to hit the cancel/delete button.
