I I cannot use any effects including text effects AI generated and many more etc

I generated the text effect but in the text if it cannot be used on my mobile phone . They also show me"Sorry, your access has been denied. You do not meet the age requirements for this specific service.

Text effects"again and again so I request Adobe communities to fix my problem as soon as possible. If you fix my problem I sell me highly grateful to Adobe communities.
