I'm constantly getting "something went wrong please try again later" when editing an image in adobe firefly boards.

I'm constantly getting "something went wrong please try again later" when editing an image in adobe firefly boards. It happens not matter the prompt or image or board I'm in. Once I hit the the "edit" button it kicks me to another image generator interface, before it was all on Boards. I have tried clearing all cache on Chrome, logged out and in, re-start etc. Error remains. Even tried Safari, but its the same. Please help.

@Oh.N8 Looks like this resolved on it’s own, again nothing to do with any prompting whatsoever, but something to do with the boards interface. The tool bar is now back to showing me the the pen icon with “Edit” within boards and when I use it to edit and image it stays within boards as it did before. And it’s error free. When the error was happening only the red “Fi” icon was on the tool bar for “Edit” and when I clicked it jumped me to a new window to edit and then gave me the error no matter the prompt or model chosen, as shown in the video that I shared. So, it looks like it’s back to normal now. Thanks for replying and looking into it though. :)

Thank you for sharing and uploading the video.

Making edits:
removing that line
or changing something in the image that is respectively small. It won’t completely change the image. :)

Consider these steps
In this case I would ask to have the man standing next to the bike in the first prompt.
or

Have create several different images.
What are you lookin to do w the images? I mean what is your end goal?

Hi @Oh.N8 thanks for the reply. I’m fully versed in creating AI images on boards and firefly + other models. I don’t expect the simple prompt to completely change the image, lol. What I showed you was just a test to show that the error shows up no matter what. But the error itself has nothing do to with the prompt that goes in. This is new, before I was able to edit within boards, now it jumps me out to make an edit and the error happens, its an interface issue I think. Thanks for trying though. :)

@Oh.N8 Hi, screen recording is attached. I was always able to stay on boards to edit an image but now it jumps me to another window for some reason, it also defaults to Firerfly model instead of Gemini, which also changed as it used to stay in whatever model i used. Could that be the issue and is that its this some type of preference that has changed?
