I'm not able to generate any images in firefly boards, not even a single image is being generated please look into this matter as soon as possible

Im using the firefly boards with google gemini 3.1 nano banana 2 with 2k resolution for my image generation. which is included in my plan and i keep getting the same error “something went wrong please try again later” and i can’t generate any images. this issue has been recurring for a week now. please look into this matter as soon as possible.
