I'm trying to sign in to Firefly and try the app. It's not letting me create anything and is telling me to contact the admin. I am the admin. What am I doing wrong?

Could you please check if you’re logged in with the same Adobe ID linked to your subscription? Users sometimes log in with a different email address (e.g., personal instead of work or school). Try logging out and signing in again using the correct Adobe ID.

It’s also worth checking your subscription details. If you’re on a Teams or Enterprise plan, you may need to assign Firefly access to yourself in the Admin Console. You can check your plan details in the Adobe Account Portal
