I'm trying to use Adobe Firefly to create some Generative AI images and it isn't working

When I try to use Adobe Firefly to create an image, I get a smiling monkey face visual and the words 'Can't Access' 'You can contact your admit to request access'... but I already have access, as part of my company's Adobe subscription allows for 1000 credits per month and I have only used 28.

 

Why can I not use this function that I have access and permission to use and which my company has paid for?

Hello @martin_1528,

Thank you for your message. 

This message generally means one of the following:

  • The feature (such as using partner models) has not been enabled for your enterprise. The local Adobe admin has to enable it.
  • You have not been provisioned for access (or if you were before, you no longer are). The local admin has to provision.
  • Your plan does not include that feature. You admin would need to contact their Adobe account rep to enquire about plan changes.

 

All three of these involve your company's local Adobe administrator.  Please contact that person. If you are not sure who that is, start with IT.
