I’m unable to access the Adobe Cloud Storage photos on either my iMac or iPad. Claude says this is Adobe’s problem and that users have been complaining since last year. Please fix it!

I’m unable to access the Adobe Cloud Storage photos on either my iMac or iPad. Claude says this is Adobe’s problem and that users have been complaining since last year. Please fix it! When I select Adobe Cloud Storage, I’m presented with the latest 12 or so pictures that have been generated. When I choose one, the image becomes gray as does the “Add” button. Adobe is a major software company - this is really unacceptable.

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when the image and Add button turn grey? A full screen screenshot showing the entire interface at the moment the issue occurs would help us understand exactly which screen you are on and what is happening. That will put us in a much better position to advise or escalate accordingly.

On the reference to Claude: AI assistants including Claude can sometimes provide inaccurate or outdated information, and should not be relied upon as an authoritative source for technical issues. We would rather help you get to the bottom of this directly.
