I'm unable to generate anything. I have enough credit but i can't use it to create anything. It says Something went wrong Please try again later. Also it doesn't show how much credit it will use for the generation. Please fax this issue as soon as possible.

1st as a friendly reminder please remove any private information when sharing screenshots.

2nd, your prompt is a bit complicated. There are many actions requested at the same time. This could be causing the error msg.

Simple easy to follow prompts tend to work best.

Regarding your credits: your screenshot shows that the generation uses 0 or zero credits. Your plan may included unlimited Firefly image generations.

Next to the Blue button shows how many credits are required.
