I'm using Firefly and I get a white screen when I go to generate image.

• Does the white screen appear immediately after opening Generate Image, or after entering a prompt and clicking Generate?
• Which browser and version are you using?
• Does the issue occur in an Incognito/Private browsing window as well?
• Are you seeing the same behavior in a different browser?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1. Sign out of Adobe Firefly and sign back in.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3. Disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy/security extensions.
4. Try using an Incognito/Private window.
5. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
