I paid £29 for credits and it’s not been given it’s still saying to subscribe I’ve got bank statements to prove payment

Got a new plan?
After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out of the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.
