I paid for credits and not showing as available. Why?

I paid for a subscription that comes with credits, then when the credits didnt show I upgraded, no credits are showing available to use - but my account has 6100 credits that will reset in Oct. what is going on?

Got a new plan?
After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out of the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.
