I paid for Firefly and start with HR images at at least 3000 px on long side but generated image downloads to only 900 px

I paid for Firefly monthly credit plan and upload 3000 px on long side for reference image but generated image is only 900 to 1100 px on long side when I download it.

    Thanks for writing in. Which image model are you using? Please know that the maximum download resolution is 2000x2000 pixels.
