I received an email, that i have been given access to video editor but can't access it.

Hi, 

I received an email, that i have been given access to video editor. 
But whne i go to site, it is still in waiting list and redirects me to fill the form again. 
Can you please resolve this ?

While we are looking into this on our end, couple of things you could try:
  • Confirm you are using the right email address/adobe account (matching this email address)
  • Log out of your Adobe account and back in again using the email address used here in the forum
  • Try incognito window
  • Try clearing your browser cache
