I summited bulk editing on some photos on Aug 12 and it still in "processgin" two days later. it charged me a ton of credits and i got nothing,. what is going on?

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
Have you tried a different browser? Cleared cache, cookies?
Hit the reset button?
