I tried creating an animation in Firefly but it came up with the warning 'something went wrong' and didn't create the animation, but I got charged 600 credits for it.

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?
