I tried the topaz upscale on the Firefly app today, and it failed but still charged me credits.

The upscaling tool stil not working😕

Is it just with the upscaler? If you try another browser as a test, does it still fail?

Regarding your credits:

1) Before you hit generate take a screenshot.

2) Then press generate

3) ​​​​​​take a screenshot of your points after generating.

That’s annoying, especially when it uses your credits without completing the upscale. I hope Adobe fixes the issue and gives those credits back.
