i tried to create a video generation using veo 3.1 engine, from past 1 hour it's showing generating, if i cancel it my credits will lost.

I have been using veo 3.1 engine for video generation, but it is showing generating from an hour, last time also same thing happened and i cancel it, and my credits got deducted and feels like a scam. everytime same thing is happening.

    I had a similar problem, I lost 800 credits, and I didn’t generate the videos I was creating. and my credits have not returned

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please double‑check the completion of the generation by going to Your Stuff > Generation History. This page shows each generation and the number of credits used.

     

    If you still can’t find your generation and your credits haven’t been restored, let us know full details of the generation (model used, time of creation etc..)

    Hi sumail atyab,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

    If the issue still persists or if you can’t find your generations under Your Stuff > Generation History
    and your credits didn’t return to you balance, please let us know so we can escalate this to our team.

    Hi Hajar,

    Thanks for the response, yesterday i was trying to generate videos using Veo 3.1 engine, out of 3/5 was successfull, but the remaining 2 never got generated, and i lost my 800 credits. still no credits got refunded and you can check my yesterday’s credit used and generation history.

    Please let me know if you need any more details.
