I tried to edit a video to remove a tail but it did not remove the tail and still took my credits

I want my credits back if the video is not changed why is it taking credits?

    Thanks for sharing this. I understand how frustrating it is when credits are consumed but the desired edit isn't applied.

    To help us investigate, could you please provide a few additional details?

    • Which Firefly video editing feature were you using?
    • Was the tail visible throughout the entire video or only in certain frames?
    • Did you receive any error message during processing?
    • Approximately how many credits were used for the generation?
    • Could you share the original video and the generated result, or a screen recording showing the issue?

    In the meantime, you can try:

    1. Re-selecting the object using a slightly larger selection area around the tail.
    2. Trimming the video to a shorter segment and testing the edit again.
