I tried to generate a video and it failed but I still got charged credits

Could you please try accessing the video generation feature using this link and let us know if it loads properly?

If the issue persists, please try a hard refresh of the page by holding the Shift key and clicking refresh/reload.

You can also try opening the page in a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

If it’s still not working, please share a full screenshot (including the URL bar) so we can take a closer look.

When I look at the prompt, it seems a bit complicated. There are a lot of “moving parts”. I find using simple prompts work well. If needed break prompt into bite size the scenes.

You should automatically have the credits restored if nothing was generated.
