I tried to use Firefly to edit a photo. The 40 credits were removed from my account, but the picture was not edited! No work was performed on my photo! Please refund my 40 credits.

The photo that I uploaded is an outdoor shot of a historical roadside plaque. I instructed Firefly to remove the background and improve the quality of the plaque. The photo I uploaded completely vanished, and 40 credits were removed from my account. I want a credit for work that was NOT performed!
