I tried using the 'your machine' to upload an image, no luck there either. What gives here?

No idea what’s going on here.  It uploaded just fine until I paid for your service...

      Hi Unabubba!

      Thanks for writing in. Are you using the Firefox browser? If so, please try another browser ( Google). We have a known issue with Firefly in the Firefox browser, where images are not uploading.
