I've tries 3 times to make a video and it does not follow instructions. The pictures I provided went not used. the last one was just a black screen

Prompting and the trial and error period is frustrating for sure.
 

How credits are handled in Adobe Firefly:

1. Credits are deducted IMMEDIATELY when you click Generate.

In order to help / assist you 

• A Full Screen recording ⚠: Please provide a single screen recording of your entire browser window, which should include:
  • The error/issue occurring.
• Workflow Context:
  • The full prompt you were using. (if it’s not fully visible in the recording)
  • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

When I use a reference image and want to keep the reference I tend to use one these prompts at the beginning of the Prompt.
