I've used the topaz astra feature to enhance my video in Adobe Firefly, wasted 430 credits but nothing happened. I don't have the video, and my credits were gone.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. We'd like to gather a few details to better understand what happened.

Could you let us know whether you received an error message or if the generation disappeared without producing a result? Additionally, please share the video's duration, resolution, file size, and the enhancement setting used in Topaz Astra.

If possible, please provide a screenshot or screen recording of the issue, along with confirmation of whether the credits were deducted or not.  If a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned to your account, although the restoration may not be immediate. If your credits have not been returned, do let us know to investigate further.

In the meantime, please try signing out and back in, using an incognito window or a different browser, and checking your generation history to see if the video appears there.

Once we have these details, we'll be happy to investigate further.
