Question

I was receiving free image generations previously when you guys would offer it to the new sign ups as it became available but now I am not.

I’ve been a subscriber for at least 10 years. When you started offering image generation for free to new signups for a certain period of time, i was receiving those benefits also with my subscription. Now I am no longer receiving those free generations during the time periods you guys make it available.

These promotions may vary based on account type, subscription plan, region, or eligibility criteria at the time of the campaign. While some subscribers may have received access during earlier promotional periods, availability can change as offers evolve. What type of subscription you have to better understand what you previously received and clarify your current benefits?
