IM TIRED OF FIREFLY EATING UP MY CREDITS WITH BAD RESULTS. THIS IS THE 3RD MONTH IN A ROW THAT YOU CAN'T GET A PROMPT RIGHT! I NEED 3 MONTHS OF MY CREDITS REIMBURSED TO GET ONE 10 SECOND SCENE RIGHT

I am tired of Firefly continually consuming my credits while producing results that do not follow my prompts or preserve my original character design. This is now the third consecutive month I have experienced the same problem. I should not have to spend three months’ worth of credits trying to get one 10-second scene generated correctly. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the credits I have spent over these three months and immediate assistance from someone who can properly review and correct my prompt so the character remains consistent with my original design.
