there are certain times of the day that are busier than others; and, this also depends on where you are based/ time zone and such.

Regarding “something went wrong”, 
Please share your prompt, reference images, and which model you are using? Each model is different and has different bandwidth. 
3rd party models are different that Adobe’s Native Firefly models.
Firefly in Red.
3rd Party models are in White/ Grey.
