Image generation fails despite unused daily credits

I am unable to generate images, even though I still have unused daily generative credits available.

My daily limit has not been reached, but the image generation feature is not working as expected.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me restore access to image generation? I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether there is a technical issue or any restriction affecting my account.

Thank you.

    Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for your response. I have already tried clearing my cache and cookies and using incognito mode, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

I still cannot generate images in Adobe Firefly, even though I have unused daily generation limits and available credits.

Could you please investigate this issue further and let me know how it can be resolved?

    Best regards

    Hi, @Enchanted_Laughter9fc3

I saw your screenshot, and I can explain exactly why you are getting that 'Something went wrong' error!

The issue is happening because your prompt is written like a conversation. The AI can get easily confused by conversational commands and negative instructions (like telling it to keep damage on the book, but not on the table).

Instead of giving it instructions on how to edit, it is much better to just describe what you want to see. Try using this simplified, direct description:

'A vintage damaged book placed in the exact center of a clean, smooth wooden table, high resolution, realistic, detailed.'

Give that a try and let us know if it generates the image you need.

Also, if you need some more help, we have a an AI assistant, but if you want a Community Expert/Manager to reply, please don’t hesitate!

    Hi, Enchanted_Laughter9fc3!

As a first step, could you try these quick fixes?

    • Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes a simple refresh clears the block.

    • Test in incognito mode: Browser extensions (like ad blockers) often interfere with generations.

If it's still failing, please share a screenshoto of the top-right corner of your screen (exemple below):

    Best,

    Gabriel
