Image generation with Adobe Firefly not working, it keeps on loading

If it sits there for a long period of time, something has gone wrong and it likely will never return. Try reloading the page (or a hard reload pressing <SHIFT> while clicking the reload button) and try again.

If you are having this problem repeatedly, please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening.
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
