Image is cut off around the edges

Two things to try.  Sometimes changing the aspect ratio can alleviate this issue. If that does not work, I have taken one of these cut off images I generated and traced the outside including filling in the missing parts in the trace.  Just a simple black and white trace with a thick black line. Then use that as a structure reference and generate again.  Kind of a teduous work around, but I have had success with it.
