Image not meeting guidelines on a definitely suitable image

We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload anotherimage and try again.

This was a photograph of my great-grandmother, taken in the 1920's, which I colourised and photoshopped into my modern photograph of where she lived.  There is certainly nothing offensive, not any copyright issues!  I was trying to do a video-generation from the photo.

its not only just people. i have an image of a peanut butter jar. I own the brand. I have previously run the model on these pics and they work well. Its just out of the blue this has stopped working. I am sure its not about guidelines, its just the stuff is not working in its entirity.

This needs to be fixed or we are owed a refund. This whole thing felt like bait and switch and its absolutely frustrating.

Thanks for looking. I am sure my great-grandmother would have been pleased knowing she would be complimented on her youthful looks 100 years later.

Hello @MortimerCat,

So, the beta model will not generate videos from images it thinks contain children. That check seems to be pretty aggressive in this beta version. I suspect that is what is happening here. If I take the image you posted and use generative fill to change the hair colour to grey, it accepts the image.  I am going to ask that your image be looked at to see why that is apparently triggering the child error.

My best,

Certainly...

Plus a bit of extra info - I edited the image slightly in photoshop - Neural filter/smart portait - and that version created a video. But now I have gone back to my original photo, it blocks the creation, as per my screenshot.
