Image not respecting community guidelines?

Hi,

When using the free version i could make the people in the picture move like in a movie. When i had used my two free tries and was happy with the result i bought the paid version. When i had paied and wanted to make more videos i couldnt do it because it said that the video does not meet the user criteria? I feel a bit scammed since i just paid money for a thing that worked when it was free but now it doesnt? I do not understand what in this picture is not ok? 

Pls help, i have a deadline.
