I'm trying to create a talking-head video from a reference image. I first used Adobe Firefly's Image-to-Video tool with Google Veo 3.1 Fast, but every attempt failed with the "Unable to load again" error before generation started. I tested multiple prompts (simple and detailed), different images, browsers, refreshed sessions, re-uploaded files, and shortened the prompts, but the issue persisted. I also tried the same workflow using Kling 3.0 with similar inputs to verify whether the issue was prompt-related. The reference image is a standard professional portrait with no restricted content. This appears to be an issue with the Image-to-Video generation workflow rather than the prompt or image itself. Please investigate the model loading or generation pipeline.
