Image to Video generation does not follow prompt accurately, I demand a refund of credits

I used this prompt.
Keep the original image, use the original image birds flying past the building, focus on the birds flying.

The process of prompting and getting the desired results ends up being a lot of trial and error. Credits are deducted when you press generate. This is a normal procedure. 

What is useless for you could be useful for someone else: subjective interpretation.

When you get the same images or video over and over: 

Steps to take:
Change your prompt. Remember what is obvious to you may not be obvious to AI.
- Delete the images that are not working for you How to Delete multiple Files

- Open a new tab and start over or with a reference image: style or composition image.

- Use a different model
