Image to Video Generation Failure using Ray3/ Ray3 HDR

Hi!

 

This worked this morning but around 9:30am is started to say it couldn't generate and to try again in a few moments. Ever since then, it keeps failing and showing that message.

    Hi It took 500 credids but never finished the video. After 15 min (it was still stuck at 75% for the last 14 min) I canceled it, but there was no refund. I just lost the credits to a glitch.

    Looks like the servers may be at capacity. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this on the forums.
