Image to Video generations failing "Something went wrong"

Image to Video generations are failing with “Something went wrong, please try again later” error. Image resolution, file format (PNG and JPEG), file content, and meta data are all different on each test attempted. Tested with Google Veo and with Kling but same result occurs

Issue occurs on Chrome browser, and Firefox browser. Cleared caches, logout login, ran in Private/Incognito all gives the same results

Not sure what’s going on, would like some assitance from support, perhaps servers are overloaded? Should have reports for users if that’s the case

    Hey @surya375860567a3r

Things not working as expected is frustrating. Thank you for sharing a full screenshot.

    Prompt suggestion

Use the original image, keep the details of the man,  Change the eyes gradually.

I have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had a look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?
    There is more information below.

    Cheers

    Hey @Dreamy_code9c90
Just to add to what @Matt Delarge mentioned.

    >>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.

Something else to try if you haven’t already
This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps

Of course. Here is the additional information requested.

It is a screenshot of Google Chrome browser window when the issue occurs.

    OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
    OS Build: 26200.9168

Tested on Google Chrome browser version 151.0.7922.170 and Firefox browser Version 154.0

The models used were Google Veo 3.1 Fast, and Kling 2.5 Turbo (I’d rather not waste loads of credits on testing so I was sticking with the two cheapest models for diagnosing this)

The full prompts I have tested are “The actor’s hair blows in the breeze, and the waves crash on the rocks” with one generation. Also I tried “the man throws a bag onto an even bigger pile of bags, he is grinning”. And also the other prompt you can see in the screenshot. I’ve tried quite a few more than these but these are just some recent examples

I’m familiar with the article you’ve posted, I tried all of the fixes suggested on articles I could find but still no joy. It’s been about 4 hours since I first tested and the issue is still persisting now.

Thanks for any help you can offer

    Hey @Dreamy_code9c90
    Could you try this prompt:
Use original image, keep the details of the man, he moves the sunglasses down slowly.
    or

Could you share both images? I would like to see if I would get the same response.

    Cheers

    Hi Dreamy_code9c90,

We understand that it can be frustrating when you run into errors and cannot generate the images and videos you need. In order to assist you we ask you to provide additional information.

    Something went wrong:
A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).

    • Workflow Context:
    • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
      • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).

      • The full prompt you were using.

      • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

(Make sure to remove person details: email address, name and etc. before posting)

Obs: You can also check this article that explains the most common reasons that trigger the error you’ve been seeing.

    Thanks

    Matt
