image to video not registering reference photo

At first this was going well. But after literally blowing through my credits ( or using the tools for several hours now ) my ability to get image to video is not a function I can use. My credits have gone to waist the last few attempts. I made sure to attach my reference instead of using the “image to video” option when you click on “share”. and despite all of that I get a generic prompt instead of my specific request for the specific photo/reference. this glitch or bug has cost me credits and it’s frustrating or a sneaky attempt to get users to buy more credits.
