image to video problem

I tried to make an image for a video and the system took away 800 credits from me and the video wasn't created even an hour after I clicked generate. Please help me how to get back 800 credits.

No error occurred. The whole time it said that the video was being created...and that was it. In the end, after more than an hour, I closed the tab. There is nothing in the gallery of created content, but my credits were taken away. Can the taken credits be returned?

Thanks for writing back. Have you tried it on another browser? Currently, there is no process for credit returns. You can see your credit on your cycle date.
