Images not producing

I keep putting prompts in to generate an image with Adobe Firefly, and it is giving the message "Something went wrong, please try again later".  I have tried different prompts. I don't understand what went wrong, and I have tried several times.  Another frustrating part is that each time I have tried, I am getting charged a generative credit, yet I nothing is being generated.  Is this a bug?
