images rejected, ui broken

Firefly video generation is repeatedly rejecting my images - i assume its flagged as sexual content, even though it is not. People in the images are fully dressed and not participating in suggestive behavior. The user guidelines are not helpful, they only talk about minors, which are not present in the images (and this is very obvious). After this the ui is also broken, nothing can be clicked and i am completely locked out of using the entire product.

    Hey @Octomind
thank you for sharing the image.
    Maybe:
busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

I used Kling and got the result below.
    Prompt

Keep the original image, keep the details of the woman, the water flows down the hill

    Prompt 2
Keep the original image, keep the details of the woman, the water flows down the hill, keep the camera stable

    Hi @Octomind,

Can you share one of the rejected images? We might be able to better explain what is happening. Unfortunately, without seeing them it is hard to give advice.
