images to create video will not work

I'm sorry you're running into this issue. The message about Content Credentials can sometimes appear when Firefly is unable to process an uploaded image for use with generative AI features. To help us investigate, could you please share:

• Which Firefly feature you're using (Style Reference, Composition Reference, Generate Video, etc.)?
• Whether the issue occurs with all images or only specific files?
• The image format (JPG, PNG, etc.) and approximate file size?
• Whether you're using Firefly on the web or mobile app?
• A screenshot of the error message, if possible?

In the meantime, please try:

• Signing out and back into your Adobe account.
• Using an incognito/private browsing window.
• Testing in another supported browser.
• Creating and uploading a newly saved JPG or PNG image.
