From your description, it sounds like the reference image upload dialog opens and allows you to select a file, but after clicking OK, the image is not added and the upload does not complete.

To help us investigate, could you please share a few additional details?

• Which browser and operating system are you using?
• Does this happen with all reference images or only specific files?
• What is the file format and approximate size of the image (JPG, PNG, etc.)?
• Do you see any error message, or does nothing happen after clicking OK?

In the meantime, you can try:

• Refreshing the Firefly page and signing out and back into your Adobe account.
• Testing in an incognito/private browsing window.
• Trying a different supported browser.
• Using a smaller JPG or PNG file.
• Disabling any browser extensions, such as ad blockers or privacy tools, that might interfere with file uploads.
