Is this happening on the main page or in the Creative Cloud App as well?
Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if you can download the images/ videos from there?

Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.
 

How to reliably download your files
