IMPOSSIBLE DE GENERER UNE IMAGE

Bonjour,

 

Firefly ne se charge pas du tout. J'ai la page d'accueil mais je n'arrive pas à générer une image. J'écris une phrase dans la barre d'accueil et après j'ai un écran vide

[Since your issue does not seem to be the hard reset issue, I moved this post back out to its own thread.]

 

Your screen shot did not come through. If you replied via email, images are removed when sent via email to this forum. Unfortunately, you have to post the images on this forum's web site, community.adobe.com.

 

If you are on Windows, these are the next steps to try, in their order of likely probability of being the problem:

  1. Frequently, the Windows Firewall will block traffic to Adobe. Please try resetting the Windows firewall to the default settings.
  2. If that does not work, please try another browser and see if it works in that browser.
  3. If that does not work, are you using a VPN?  If so, please try without a VPN.
  4. If that does not work, try connecting to the internet through a different method. For example, if you are on your home wifi network, try as a test to connect via your mobile phone.

 

If none of these work, please let me know.

J'ai effectué les manipulations recommandées mais cela n'a rien changé.

J'utilise google chrome version 136.07103.93 sur Windows 11 H2.

Voici une capture d'écran.

Que puis je faire d'autre,

Thank you for your message.  I think this thread might address the issue you are having.

 

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you the OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.
