Impossible to generate gritty or grungy horror

The image generation seems to prioritise light colours and seems to actively avoid anything dark or horror themed. Not everybody is designing for Disney

Here try this image link: https://firefly.adobe.com/shared/texttoimage?id=urn:aaid:sc:US:c1b01fff-bec1-4b36-aa46-9c9771e82cb5

Change the prompt, add or remove the structure reference, and generate. Notice how dark the style reference is, this majorly affects the darkness, and change that out with another very dark reference image. Then you can mess around with the effects and sliders and such after you get the hang of that.

Anyway this just gives a look under the hood to provide a jumping off point for you.

It all comes down to your prompts, but also your style reference. Using particular effects, lighting, color, etc..,

The only thing is, no blood bath type of images. This is even banned in MidJourney and other popular GEN programs.

Yeah, it can be frustrating, but once it clicks, then you are good to go.

Good luck

@default8kqlpnu9ykye if you check the community gallery - you'll find this is just not true. It all depends on your prompts and being creative.
