In Adobe Firefly, in the latest Chrome browser, on a Mac, I'm clicking "Create an Image" the page goes to load but just stays black. Nothing populates.

In Adobe Firefly, in the latest Chrome browser, on a Mac, I'm clicking "Generate Image" the page goes to load but just stays black. Nothing populates.

Thanks for reporting this. I’m not seeing the same issue on my end. Can you try a hard refresh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.

If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

A hard refresh makes no difference, I am on a Lenovo all in one PC running windows 11, the computer is 3 Tb I have used 0.1 % of 5 gb of memory so it’s not a lack of memory issue and I use Google Chrome as my search engine, one thing I notice is that my profile picture never reappears, there is also a grey ‘downloading’ icon which shouldn’t be there

Thanks for sharing the details, they were very helpful.

After reviewing the screenshots, it looks like the initial URL being used is the issue. Here’s the link to the Firefly webpage, this should allow you to access all other features just fine.

If you run into a similar issue again, please let us know.

Page unresponsive is all I ever get when trying to generate an image
I have already reported this bug but I guess you wait till you get a few reports before anything is fixed

Could you try performing a hard refresh of the page? Hold down the Shift key and then click refresh/reload. Let us know if this resolves the issue.

If the problem persists, please share:

full screenshot of the unresponsive page
the browser and operating system you’re using.

It won't create an image, all I get is a blank page
When I click on generate my profile picture vanishes, then I get a blank page, I get a message ‘page not responding wait or exit’, so I wait, this happens about 3 times, sometimes I get bits of a page like the settings and the bottom line where the Prompt is, still my profile picture has not appeared, after a while I get an ‘Aww snap’ message which suggests my computer is out of memory, this is ridiculous, I have a 3 Tb computer, I have used 0.1% of 5Gb available. This happens no matter what I click on, even on my previous images in my generation history

Two straight days I am unable to use adobe firefly for image generation. https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image loads a blank white screen.

In Firefly, Generate images isn't working with my 4000 credits. I get a blank page. Nothing on it. The main Firefly page opens and allows me to enter a prompt, but when I click Generate, the system goes to a blank page in Edge.
