Incorrect credit deduction for Kling Omni video generation.

On Sunday, July 5, my monthly credits had just renewed, and I had 4,000 credits available.

I generated two Kling Omni videos without audio. The interface clearly showed that each video would cost 375 credits, so the expected total cost was 750 credits.

However, after both videos were generated, my remaining balance was only 2,800 credits, meaning 1,200 credits had been deducted instead of 750.

I contacted Adobe Support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They suggested that I had edited the videos or referred me to the FAQ, but I did not edit the videos. I only generated two videos.

Today, July 12, my balance was still 2,800 credits. I generated another Kling Omni video. Before generating it, the interface showed that the cost would be 250 credits.

A few seconds after clicking Generate, I checked my account and my balance had dropped to 2,400 credits, meaning 400 credits were deducted instead of the advertised 250.

This has now happened multiple times. The credits deducted do not match the cost displayed before generation.

Could you please investigate why more credits are being deducted than the interface indicates and, if this is a bug, restore the missing credits to my account?
