The problem doesn't go away - I cannot use the video Firefly at all. There is no field to enter the prompt and no start generation button. Your support suggested that I try a different browser, but that window only appeared for a few minutes and then disappeared. This happened on my phone, laptop, and desktop using any browser.

Hello, everytime I try to generate something there is an error. Its been like this for days.The subscription is running as usual but the service is not available.

Don't use fake text.  Don't show a schedule.  Don't show writing. Generated three videos in a row with fake text, images of schedules, and writing.   Useless waste of credits.

Firefly won't allow me to buy credits to complete a project

when i upload an image it says its against user guidelines but I AM NOT IN ANYWAY UPLOADIG EXPLICIT OR HARMFUL IMAGES! its a bit frustrating really when the mage is clean but it wont let me generate anything!!! please fix this

Cant genereate at images on Firefly

Generated backgrounds are poor quality and have what appears to be tiny dots that make up the image

I've been using Adobe Firefly to create videos. I've used the last image of each video segment, to seed the following video segment. It will no longer allow me to use images from the videos it's created as seed images to generate more videos. It claims the image violates community guidelines. Firefly video, MacOS v. Sequoia 15.5. I've tried using different frames of the video it last created to see if there was something I wasn't noticing but it all ends up somehow violating community guidelines. 

I have continuously gotten an error message and cannot open the board. it has been saved. I see it on the profile page but when I select it, it fails to open. tells me to relaunch or try again later. please help. I have spent hours generating these boards.

I had 1,050 credits just a moment ago, but now it’s showing zero even though I haven’t generated anything. Why did this happen?

When I searched for video translation tools, one of the Google results was Adobe Firefly. I was immediately excited, since my company has the Adobe corporate plan. When I clicked on the Google result, an Adobe Firefly page opened asking me to upload the file to be translated and below it a sample video. After uploading the file, I am redirected to a page where I must select the original language of the video and the language for which a new translated video will be generated. After selecting the languages, I can wait a few minutes to read the transcript or I can just click generate. Clicking generate opens a small progress box that closes almost instantly and then I am redirected to the first page, the one where I am asked to upload the file. There is no download, no message, on the Firefly home page I see no mention of this video translation tool and perhaps the place where I could find the translation, which would be in the Files -> generation history tab, only contains images tha

Uploading a reference or style picture is completely pointless. Adobe firefly decides what it wants to do and totally ignores all input. I can't imagine this service being useful to anyone in its current form

I don't like firefly 3 nor 4 (both are horrible) I was happy with firefly 2 creating artistic images, now verything looks horrible and cheap cuality and stetic, no matter what your command line is, it will do a ready cheap machine popular results

Fehler beim generieren von Bildern. Es wird im Chrome nichts angezeigt. Die Bilder sind aber generiert worden und nur umständlich über den Dateimanager zu finden

Why is the feature for changing clothes (Expand images and use a brush to remove objects, or paint in new ones) no longer working as usual? Why is the quality of your application decreasing or even getting worse? are you unable to fix it or improve it? how do you guys work? don't you realize that? please check and repair immediately. I can't pay for the Firefly package, it's pulling up the country of Ukraine. I'm currently in Croatia and want to pay with a Croatian card. For over a year now, charges have been made from this card and everything was fine. Now I've encountered this problem! Can you tell me how to change the country? I cannot use my account and the Adobe Firefly function, although I am constantly in Georgia and have always used all the services before, but now there is a notification that the service is unavailable in my region
