Insufficient credits

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am new to FireFly and was looking forward to creating creations I have written down and want to turn into artwork. I have just paid for a subscription a couple of hours ago. I received confirmation from both Adobe and PayPal it has gone through. I have refreshed the screen, I have even logged out and in again but when I go to make some creations I am receiving a message I have insufficient generations.

 

The outcome of this bug would be to rectify the insufficient generations error and show that I have in deed purchased this. I am using Windows 11 Google Chrome. If this could be rectified that would be great so I can start creating.

Hello @ShezD,

Thank you for your message. 

Which plan did you purchase? You can show us by going to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

 

Were you able to generate anything? If not, try logging out and back in again. If it still does not work, please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
