Interprice user locate in Singapore, can't access Generative AI and Firefly

Hello my location is Singapore and  I don’t have access to Generative AI and firefly despite them are included in my plan, it might because when I frist active Adobe creative cloud I’was in China. 

Generative AI command isn’t showing up in my Photoshop
Firefly straight says: “Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn't available in your region.” 

is there way to update my region settings please?
