Ios Firefly subscription used all credits at once

I started a subscription to Firefly last night.  Supposedly, the 775 credits I purchased would allow up to 7 videos.  I created two and the credits were all gone.  Also, the second video didn't use the first frame image I had specified.  Bugs?  Expected behavior?

Hi @jeff_04062,

On your second question, if it does not use the keyframe in the generated video, that is a problem. You can report that from the generated video by clicking "thumbs down" and filling in the details that the keyframe was not adhered to:

Hello @jeff_04062,

Thank you for your message.

The credits consumed is based on the model you use and the resolution. If is definitely possible to consume 775 credits in two generations.  This generation of a 5 second video is 2,250 credits:

As you can see in the image above, the number of credits you are about to consume in the video generation is listed to the left of the "Generate" button.

For more information on generative credit consumption, please see Generative credits FAQ and Partner models in Adobe products.

Thanks,
